About The Inn
The Inn is a beautiful three-story building with an elevator and private balconies overlooking the Chesapeake Bay on Tilghman Island on Maryland’s Eastern Shore. Relax and enjoy the beauty of nature and see what Maryland’s Eastern Shore is famous for. Watch the wildlife and birds that visit us via Back Creek. Osprey, Blue Heron, and Bald Eagle are sighted daily from our Inn rooms. There are lovely Chesapeake Bay water views and gorgeous sunsets from every Inn room. The Inn is a perfect place to host a retreat for a family reunion, artist or photographer’s group, or business meeting.
During your stay, you will enjoy a quiet marina setting on Tilghman Island. Tilghman Island is a quaint fisherman’s village with harbors and docks with working watermen and Chesapeake Bay Skipjacks. The Island is also home to the busiest drawbridge in the USA. During your stay, you can paddle a kayak, try a fishing or sailing charter, or cool off and lounge poolside. You can also check out the Tilghman Watermen’s Museum to learn a bit of history. Golfing, shopping, additional dining options, and the Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum are all close by in St. Michael’s. What a great, relaxing getaway vacation…any time of year!
